It does not constitute:
- legal advice;
- financial advice;
- employment or industrial-relations advice;
- psychological or medical advice;
- cybersecurity advice;
- professional consulting advice;

4. No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
We take reasonable care when preparing website content. However, organisational behaviour and business outcomes are complex and context-dependent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that website content is:
- complete;
- current;
- error-free;
- suitable for every organisation;
- applicable to every industry;
- capable of predicting actual outcomes; or
- sufficient for a particular decision.
Examples and scenarios may be simplified, hypothetical, based on publicly available information, or designed to illustrate a concept rather than establish factual causation.
5. Artificial intelligence content
Some website materials may be created, analysed or supported using artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence may produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or misleading material. Any AI-supported content should be reviewed in its full context and should not be treated as independently verified professional advice.
6. Case studies and industry examples
References to companies, projects, sectors or organisational events may be based on publicly reported information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- the organisations mentioned have not endorsed Phronessa;
- Phronessa has not independently verified every public report;
- examples do not establish that a particular factor caused an outcome;
- examples are not representations of results that every customer will achieve; and
- trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Customer case studies will be published only with appropriate permission or in a form that does not identify the customer.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Phronessa owns or licenses the intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including:

- graphics;
- logos;
- diagrams;
- models;

- branding.
Phronessa and its associated logos are trademarks or trade indicia of Phronessa.
You may view the website and download or print reasonable extracts for your internal, non-commercial evaluation.

11. Third-party services and links

Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. You use them at your own risk.
12. Website availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Availability may be affected by maintenance, security incidents, service providers, internet conditions or events outside our reasonable control.
Where practical, we will try to avoid unnecessary disruption.

This may include loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or business interruption.
Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option and where legally permitted, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again.
This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
17. Security reports
We welcome responsible reports of suspected security vulnerabilities.
Do not access, alter, download or disclose information that does not belong to you. Send security reports to abooksellerinfishpond@gmail.com with enough information for us to investigate.
We may publish a separate vulnerability disclosure policy.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or legal requirements change.
The latest version will be published on the website with its effective date. Your continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Material changes will not apply retrospectively where doing so would be unlawful or unreasonable.
19. Governing law
